For both day one and day two events, please RSVP by 31 January 2027 to ensure we have an accurate headcount.

We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but unfortunately the capacity of both venues means we can only invite those named on the invitation. If a guest has been included with your invitation, their name will be listed there.

We absolutely love your little ones, but we've decided to keep our wedding day as an adults-only celebration. We want everyone to be able to relax, let their hair down and enjoy the celebrations. Unless a child's name is specifically included on your invitation, we hope you'll take the opportunity to enjoy a well-deserved night off and celebrate with us. Please let us know if you wish for your children to attend day two, as we would love to celebrate with them.

Yes, we’re planning to spend the whole celebration outdoors, from 4pm until 2am. June in Mallorca is usually warm and sunny, with daytime temperatures often reaching the high 20s or 30s, but it can feel cooler later on, so we suggest bringing a light jacket, shawl or extra layer for the evening.

We’d love you to embrace the colours of summer with a bright, colourful dress. For gentlemen, we ask for a suit and tie, rather than shorts, short-sleeved shirts or casual holiday attire. Please avoid white, cream and ivory, and choose something you’ll feel wonderful wearing from sunset through to the dance floor. No hats or fascinators, please.

We will provide transport between Palma city centre and the wedding venue. Once we have everyone’s hotel details and have finalised the pick-up locations, we’ll share your pick-up point and departure time closer to the wedding. Guest arrival begins at 4pm, and the venue is approximately 30 minutes from Palma. Please allow plenty of time to get ready and reach your pick-up point. If you miss the transport, you’ll need to make your own way to the venue by taxi.

Once the party has ended at 2am, the coaches will take you back to your original pick-up point in Palma. If you’d prefer an earlier night, please book a taxi in advance.

To make things as easy as possible, we'll be providing transport from Palma city centre to and from the venue. Alternatively, guests are welcome to take a taxi. Please note that there is no parking available at the venue and cars cannot be left there overnight, so we kindly ask that all guests use one of these transport options.

Having you with us in Mallorca means so much, especially knowing the time and expense involved in making the trip. Please don’t feel any obligation to bring a gift.
